Refund policy
At Momentum Coffee Company, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality, freshly roasted coffee beans. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for safety and quality control reasons, we adhere to a strict All Sales Final policy.
📦 Coffee Products (Whole Bean or Ground)

All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for bags of coffee once the order has been placed and shipped or picked up.

Quality Assurance: We take great care in sourcing, roasting, and packaging your coffee. If you believe there is an issue with the quality of the coffee itself (e.g., received the wrong product or the product was damaged upon arrival), please contact us immediately.
🛑 Exceptions and How to Contact Us
The only instances in which we will review an order for a potential resolution are:

Damaged Goods: If your coffee bag arrives significantly damaged, torn, or opened.

Incorrect Order: If you received a different coffee product than what you ordered.
Procedure for Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order meets one of the exceptions above, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

Crucially: Attach photographic evidence (pictures) of the damaged item or the incorrect item you received.
Momentum Coffee Company will review the information and, if the claim is validated, we will, at our discretion, either ship a replacement product or issue a store credit for the cost of the damaged/incorrect item.
📝 Order Cancellation

Because we strive for fast order fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellations.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at [Insert Customer Service Email Address Here]. If your order has not yet been roasted or prepared for shipment, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order is in the roasting or shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
